Teri and Shawn Griffith are accredited investors, based in Denton, TX. Our focus is on multi-family properties in the southern U.S. with an emphasis on Texas. We invest both passively and actively in multifamily real estate and are currently invested in over 3000 units and have exited over 500 units full cycle.As a team we are results-driven, family-oriented and community-focused.
